This guarantee is invalid if applicant(s) loan is denied or the loan terms
change in any way. Terms include loan amount, loan program (if you decide
to accept an adjustable rate mortgage instead of a fixed rate), or length
of loan. The loan must close with the original investor as indicated by the
lock agreement. If the investor changes due to applicant(s) inability to
qualify for the original loan as requested the FinalFee Guarantee may not
apply.
